Warranty Periods for Repair: Please note the warranty period for the Chi Machine is 2 years. The following items have a 1 year warranty period: SOQI Bed Body, HotHouse, Advanced ERE, E-Power, FIR Pad, FIR Lumbar Cushion, Power Eyes and Palm Massager. The following items have a 6 month warranty period: E-Power Belt, FIR Waist Support. Extended Warranty options are available for the Chi Machine, HotHouse, Advanced ERE and E-Power. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your HTE purchase, please call Customer Service for a Return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. All returned items for a SOQI Bed Set should be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that belong to the SOQI BED product. Please inspect and count each piece to the SOQI Bed when you receive your merchandise and keep all original packaging for return or exchange. Additionally, HTE will assess a 30% restocking fee on any SOQI Bed return. Also, please be advised that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded for any return.
